Maintenance App
WRV uses the best in class MyGate app to track all maintenance requests made by the residents. Each resident has access to the app and can register their complaints directly without the hassle of calling or visiting the office. The MyGate app immediately informs the relevant maintenance personnel and during the day each complaint is addressed within 3 to 4 hours.
Safety + Security
The WRV smart township is an enclosed campus that is guarded by over 40 personnel 24×7. There are over 200 CCTV cameras installed around the township with a common control room. The MyGate app is used to enter all visitors, maids, drivers, delivery person’s information and they are allowed entry into the township only once a resident confirms.
FTTH Service
Fibre network is laid all over the township to provide triple-play service through FTTH. Cable, High-speed internet, and intercom facility are available over fiber. Due to the fiber network, the speed of connection is high, there is less chance of breakdown and overall connectivity is much better. Same-day setup of cable, internet, and intercom are available.
