Residents raise maintenance requests on the MyGate app, which alerts the right maintenance staff straight away. During the day each complaint is addressed within 3 to 4 hours, and emergency services are available 24x7.
An enclosed campus guarded by more than 40 security personnel 24x7, with over 200 CCTV cameras linked to a common control room. Visitors, house help, drivers and deliveries are registered on MyGate and let in only once a resident confirms.

Essential services
Everything residents need day to day is inside the township, so there is no need to venture outside. It makes River Valley a complete, self-sufficient community.
Valley Mart, our neighbourhood store next to the township office, stocks daily essentials from milk, bread and eggs to dals, spices and toiletries, serves coffee, tea and snacks, and delivers to residents’ homes.
A fibre-to-the-home network across the township carries cable TV, high-speed internet and intercom, with same-day setup.
Quality construction
At Windlass Developer we test every material and product that goes into our buildings. Only those that pass our rigorous tests are used on site.
Our in-house lab tests each material before use and keeps a detailed quality report of all materials and construction. Every layout, steel binding and shuttering is checked against the drawings through a pre-concrete pour card process, and the structure is studied again after the pour.
An in-house ready-mix concrete plant, with transit mixer trucks and a boom pump from Schwing Stetter of Germany, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of RMC plants and machines.
We are one of the few developers in North India to bring Mivan construction technology to Uttarakhand. Leading Indian developers including Raheja, Lodha, L&T, Brigade, Prestige and Sobha build with it.
