3. The pre-launch inventory is available for a limited time only at a discount of up to a maximum of 25% on the launch price.

4. Interested applicants have to fill out this EOI form to be a part of the pre-launch booking scheme.

5. Applicants can fill multiple EOI forms and book more than one apartment.

1. The applicants can fill & submit their EOI form at our office or online with an EOI Amount of Rs. 5100/- Only, payable via Cheque / DD / RTGS / Digital etc. (Payment QR Code & payment details are listed on the previous page.)
2. The sales team will get in touch with the applicant as soon as the pre-launch booking is opened post closure of EOI applications.
3. The EOI amount of Rs.5100/- is fully refundable at any time if the customer chooses to withdraw. Refunds will be processed in 60 days.

1. Once the applicants are called to choose their inventory, they must visit the WRV sales office to make the booking or book through our sales representatives.
2. The applicants are required to choose their inventory and block their unit with only 2,00,000 + Taxes via cheque/DD, bank transfer etc. to avail the discounted price.
3. The pre-launch booking window of Kaveri block will be closed at a stipulated time by the company. In case the applicant has not booked within this time period or if the scheme is withdrawn by the company then a full refund of the EOI amount of Rs.5100/- will be automatically given in 60 days.
4. The EOI amount will be adjusted in the booking amount of Rs.2,00,000 + taxes.
5. First transfer is free upto a window of 30 days from the time of booking.
6. Free cancellation is applicable until 30 days of receiving the booking amount.

The above terms and conditions are final and will be abided under all circumstances except unavoidable circumstances like force majeure, natural calamities, and amendments to be incorporated on behalf of the government and related policies and authorities. 

The company confirms that if the Kaveri Towers are not launched then the customer will be refunded the amount paid by them without any compensation or interest within 60 days of the cancelation of the above scheme by the company.
